SCHOOL PRAYER:
Our Father, who is in Heaven,
Hallowed be Your Name,
Your kingdom come,
Your will be done,
On earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
And forgive us our trespasses,
As we forgive those who trespass against us.
Lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from evil. Amen.
PRAYER BEFORE CLASS:
O My God, as we begin our lessons, out of love for You, grant us Your blessings, we beseech You.
PRAYER AFTER CLASS:
O my God, I thank You sincerely for all the benefits, especially for helping me in my studies today. I also thank You for preserving me from harm and danger. Forgive me if I have failed in my duties or displeased You in any way. Bless me, my parents, siblings, relatives, friends, teachers, and benefactors, who make my life happy through their love, help, and sacrifice. Bless my country too.
SCHOOL ENDING PRAYER:
Thank you, loving Father, for what I have learned today, for the kindness and care I have received from my teachers and friends. Help me throughout the rest of the day to share this love with others, to do good, and to avoid evil. Help me to be honest with my duties as a student and as a child. Amen.
A STUDENT’S PRAYER BEFORE EXAMINATION:
O God, our loving Father, on this day of Examination, we seek Your special help so that we may have the power to recall all that we have studied and thus be able to answer all the questions well. Above all, please grant us the gift of Your wisdom, that we may always value the eternal gifts of Heaven rather than passing pleasures in this life.
